On todays episode: Another one of my beautiful clients jumps onto the podcast to share her journey. You will hear that there is one particular theme that our conversation revolves around and that is Kristi wearing a facade about her being a stay at home mum and having her life put together 24/7. However now that she has started her healing journey and letting go of these masks, she has been able to step into her authentic self, and has realised by doing this that she has a healthier connection with herself, partner, family and her life. I am so proud of Kristi for having the courage to realise this within herself and take ownership of her own actions and emotions and having the willingness to step away from all that she has known to be able to finally put herself first.
