Ep 6: Is Fear Holding You Hostage? It's Time To Escape The Prison
On todays episode: we will be speaking into The Truth To Fear. By the end of this episode you will understand, what fear is, how fear gets in the way of our dream life, but also why we need fear, and how we can control and gather awareness around fear to use it to reach our potential life instead of diminishing it. Fear is developed from the ages of when we were 8 and younger, as this is where we create limiting beliefs, that can show up later in our lives. This is why we need to gather awareness around fear, when it’s showing up and how we can manage it so that it doesn’t affect our days. There are different aspects of fear including, fight, flight, freeze and fawn mode, which will be elaborated throughout this episode and how they are constantly switched on throughout our days as our coping mechanisms. Recognising our fear, is the most important part to taking control of it, so that we can control our emotions and not project that onto other people.
